Stephanie Chong is Chair of National IP Section (CBA)

Stephanie Chong is currently serving as Chair of the Canadian Bar Association’s National Intellectual Property Law Section with a one-year term commencing on September 1, 2010. This Section represents the interests of IP lawyers and their clients across Canada. The IP section oversees and directs the activities of its committees in areas including legislation and law reform, and continuing legal education. The section also engages in outreach activities with other organizations, and participates in an annual gala event with judges and prothonotaries of the Federal Court. The Canadian Bar Association represents the interests of members of the legal profession across Canada.
