Tabrizi Law Office PC (“TLO”) was founded in September 2002 by Arshia Tabrizi to focus on providing legal services to early stage and fast growth technology and knowledge-based companies in Canada as well as large Canadian and multi-national companies with their specialized technology and licensing law requirements. Arshia learned the ropes at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, the world’s leading law firm servicing technology companies and venture capital investors, where he practised in the Technology Transactions Group in Palo Alto, California.

In March 2007, Stephanie Chong, an ex-colleague of Arshia from his Bay Street days, and an expert and respected lawyer with many years of experience at leading Toronto firms joined TLO as a Partner. Stephanie’s broad experience in trademark and IP litigation matters has expanded TLO’s service offerings in the area of intellectual property law to our diverse client base. 

Today, TLO is a leading law firm serving start-up and knowledge-based companies in Toronto, and providing specialized technology and intellectual property law advice to SME and more established Canadian and multi-national companies.
