“Chalk & Cheese – What’s the Connection?”

In June 2008, Stephanie’s paper entitled “Chalk & Cheese – What’s the Connection?” was published in the Canadian Intellectual Property Review, Vol. 24, No. 1.  This paper provides an analysis of the Canadian law on trademark dilution in view of the Supreme Court of Canada decisions involving VEUVE CLICQUOT and BARBIE.

The Canadian Intellectual Property Review is the journal of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada (IPIC).  It publishes scholarly papers on all aspects of intellectual property.  IPIC is Canada’s association of IP professionals, and is committed to the protection and promotion of IP in the Canadian economy.
