In June 2008, Stephanie’s paper entitled “Chalk & Cheese – What’s the Connection?” was published in the Canadian Intellectual Property Review, Vol. 24, No. 1. This paper provides an analysis of the Canadian law on trademark dilution in view of the Supreme Court of Canada decisions involving VEUVE CLICQUOT and BARBIE.
