As Tabrizi Law Office’s Operations Manager, Arousha has implemented various technologies to reduce the firm’s use of paper. She truly enjoys working with start-up technology companies, and seeing how our clients directly change how people communicate and work.

Arousha has a wealth of business and project management experience in Fortune 500 companies, small entrepreneurial firms, and government. This diverse range of work experience includes Operations Management at a multinational bank, management consulting, training, and civil engineering, all of which have allowed her to manage a variety of business entities.

As founder of Advanced Minds, a management consulting firm assisting executives and professionals in managing their workflow, she found that by educating people in the efficient use of technology you can significantly improve their time management and hence their quality of life. Arousha trained Executives at large companies such as Oracle, Sun Microsystems and Electronic Arts.

As Assistant Manager of Information Systems at Citibank Canada, she managed technology initiatives to implement six sigma systems and was responsible for producing the metrics for the Derivative Controls Department by implementing customized technology solutions.

Arousha has a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering. She has completed the first year of the MBA program at the Schulich School Business (York University). She has also completed several business, marketing and coaching courses at Stanford University and holds an Adult Training certificate from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education.

Arousha is fluent in Farsi and conversational in French.
