Acquisition of RedFlagDeals.com by Yellow Pages Group
We are delighted to announce the recent acquisition on February 15, 2010, of our client Clear Sky Media Inc. (owner of www.redflagdeals.com and www.pricecanada.com), a leading Canadian Internet company, by the Yellow Pages Group, the Montreal-based directory company, which is the main operating business of Yellow Pages Income Fund (TSX:YLO.UN). RedFlagDeals.com is a leading provider of online promotions and shopping tools for Canadians, with an estimated 2.2 million unique visitors per month. Arshia Tabrizi, Managing Partner of Tabrizi Law Office PC, has been general counsel to Clear Sky Media Inc. since its incorporation and acted on the sale of the business to YPG.
